Kat Player is an advanced music manager and player that is great for all musical tastes. The more you demand of it, the more you´ll like Kat Player.

Kat Player supports a large quantity of popular audio formats: MP3, MP4, MPC, FLAC, OGG, WAV, WMA, etc. It has a highly functional and fun to use interface. It is highly personalizable and adapts to your moods. With Kat Player you can create dynamic playlists, scan your local drives to include your favourite artists and songs, etc. It has support for FreeDB servers, can edit tags and can manage advanced playlists.

The playback bar integrates with the Windows taskbar, so it doesn´t get in the way. You can configure it to automatically start on Windows start-up, and synchronize directories on system start-up. You can award points to songs, and when you delete a file you can choose to do it from the library or completely from the PC.

You can configure the opacity/transparency from 0 to 255, making the look very elegant and modern. It also has a "mini-player", a very small player to do basic operations, but maintaining the Kat Player icon in the system tray. Many programs and utilities for Winamp are also compatible with Kat Player. It also includes an on-line radio! And the best of all? It´s totally free.
